How to Measure Yourself

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your navel.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally with your feet together.

Shoulder

Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across the back.

Arm Hole

Measure around the fullest part of your armhole area where the sleeve joins the garment.

Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the desired garment length.


Size Selection Tips

✔ If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

✔ For embroidered, layered, or festive outfits, consider selecting one size larger for ease of movement.

✔ Product fabrics, stitching styles, and embroidery work may result in minor measurement variations of up to 1–2 inches.
