- Orders placed after 8:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location.

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Banna Collections shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact us with your order details via WhatsApp or Email.
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

- Missing items in the package.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
AI-Generated Product Images
Some product images displayed on our website may be enhanced or generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for presentation purposes.
Actual products may vary slightly in terms of:

- Appearance
Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refunds & Replacements
If a return request is approved:
- A replacement product may be provided, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Refund Processing
For prepaid orders:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
For other payment methods:
- Refunds may be issued through UPI, bank transfer, or store credit, where applicable.
Return Shipping

- Incorrect item received
Return shipping charges will be borne by Banna Collections.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Have original tags attached.
- Be returned with original packaging wherever possible.
Products failing quality inspection may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
